BTA Denizyolları, serving on fast food areas on piers, conventional ferries and sea buses introduces BTA tastes to more than 50 million IDO passengers every year at nearly 80 points. BTA maintains its vision of high quality services in maritime transportation which is the baseline of passenger transportation in Turkey, especially in Istanbul just like it was improved in airports to meet the service need for which passenger await and deserve.

Taking over all food and beverage units in IDO, BTA has enhanced the quality using global standards in all sales units with a great investment. It offers a lot of tastes to passengers by creating a wide range of brands with different concepts such as Kantin, Cakes & Bakes, Tadında Anadolu and Seferi, and elite sub-enterprises.

You can print your tickets purchased from our Call Center at 0850 222 44 36, on internet and IDOMOBIL application from the IDOMATİKs located at our terminals if less than 12 hours left before the trip. All you need to do is to utilize your credit card on the card reader section of IDOMATİK.

We have separate prayer rooms for women and men. Our guests wishing to pray can use these prayer rooms. Our terminals with prayer rooms are Yenikapi, Sirkeci, Harem, Bostanci, Pendik, Eskihisar, Topçular, Yalova HF, Bursa and Bandirma.

Toilets in our terminals are operated by TVALET. TVALET, with its modern architecture and practical payment system has been operating at Bakırköy, Bandirma, Bostancı, Bursa, Eskihisar, Kadıköy, Sirkeci, Topçular, Yalova and Yenikapi terminals with the aim of bringing modern solutions to the basic needs of IDO guests since 2013 and of standardizing toilet hygiene.
