Claims and Client Requests

Please call Zurich Sigorta Customer Services at 0850 250 75 00 to file a claim.

If you would like to file a claim for medical expenses, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Call Zurich Sigorta Customer Services at 0850 250 75 00.
  2. Listen to the directions in the voice menu that appears, then press 2, 4 and 2 respectively.
  3. The customer service representative to whom you will connect will open your file and give you a file tracking number. You will need this file tracking number to track the status of your file later. Make sure you save this tracking number.
  4. You will be asked to submit documents that vary depending on the nature of your claim. Please send the original copies of these documents to the address that Zurich Support Center will give you when opening your file as soon as possible.
  5. Your claim files will be finalized according to your policy limits as soon as the full required documents and information is received, and you will be informed accordingly.

For claims involving accidental death or permanent injury, please call Zurich Sigorta Customer Services at 0850 250 75 00. Listen to the directions in the voice menu that appears, then press 1 and 1 respectively. Once you have contacted the customer service representative in this way, your process will continue as described above.

With respect to claims you file through Zurich Sigorta Customer Services:

Once you have contacted the customer service representative and tell the tracking number, you will be informed about the latest status of your file.

• In case of accidental death or permanent injury claims, you may call Zurich Sigorta Customer Services at 0850 250 75 00. Listen to the directions in the voice menu that appears, then press 1 and 2 respectively. You may learn the latest status of your file from the customer representative that you will be directed.

In case you need urgent support, such as medical transport, family transfer and ambulance service during your travel, please call 0850 250 75 00. To reach the customer representative, listen to the directions in the voice menu that appears, then press 0 and 2 respectively.

If the insured cancels or is unable to go on the trip, they may call Zurich Sigorta Customer Services for policy cancellation at least 24 hours before the beginning of the policy. Please refer to your policy about cancellation details.
